Thrilling driving adventures in classic rally style
The Beyond Adventure
Unforgettable driving experiences and exhilarating freedom. Supporting the desire to explore, without limitations unlike any other driving events in the world.
The Concept
The once-in-a-lifetime bucket list experiences are planned in the utmost detail and are set in suitably extreme locations. Some of the world’s most exciting roads and terrain are tackled in a customised fleet of vehicles, all while enjoying fantastic food and always the best available accommodation, meeting fascinating people and remaining respectful to the natural environment.
Duration and Driving Time
The Beyond Adventure events vary in length, covering everything from five days to more than two-week driving experiences. Driving time can vary per day but prepare for up to eight challenging (and rewarding) hours at the wheel each day.
Classic Rally Style
With Beyond Adventure you don’t drive a real Rally, but we spice up your driving experience and make it most distinctive and memorable with our unique classic rally-style driving concept. It sees participants compete with their fellow explorers for fun – not to achieve the fastest time, but the most precise. Drive and navigate independently throughout most of the days. Of course, the support team is always close by and for the most challenging stages, the entire group stays together.
A choice of vehicle
The custom-built Beyond Adventure fleet is available to drive on most Beyond Adventure trips, and detailed information on those cars can be found here. Certain adventures will require carefully selected, high-specification local 4×4 vehicles such as Toyota SUVs and pick-ups. There is also the option for participants to bring their own vehicles, too, provided they meet the rigorous technical requirements, and the Beyond Adventure team can help to organise all and any logistics necessary.
Beyond Adventure Extreme
Expect the unexpected on thrilling and extreme driving adventures. These are the most challenging driving adventures and are marked accordingly. Extreme driving and weather conditions, competitions and sometimes spartan accommodation – in the middle of nowhere – will put the adventurers and their vehicles to the test. For thrilling life stories and the opportunity to drive where others can’t – this is the right place.
Accommodation
Staying in world-class venues along the length of the route is part of the journey on most adventures and what is always aimed for. However, as Beyond Adventure is about exploring further than others dare, this often isn’t possible. In these extreme instances for example, the high-end camp set up allows travellers to experience the wilderness in utmost comfort.
Small groups
For a more personal, and safer, experience, the headcount on the driving tours is kept low. Vehicle numbers always range from four to six, allowing for between eight and ten drivers. Don’t fancy sharing a car or a room? There are single options available as well.
The team is always ready to support
The highly experienced team is always available to provide the best possible comfort and support. Vehicle issues are handled swiftly, even if driving solo, and on selected adventures, a Beyond Adventure paramedic is on hand in the unlikely event of an emergency. Meanwhile, a local specialist provides insight into destinations, local communities, and traditions on all adventures. Behind the scenes, a team of experts track the adventure’s progress via GPS, providing further peace of mind for all participants.
Build your own Safari car
With the growing popularity of off-road–prepared sports cars — from recent limited-edition factory models to bespoke builds by independent specialists — many enthusiasts now own vehicles already modified for rugged terrain. We welcome these drivers to join our adventures, alongside our own RS and CS editions. The community of like-minded explorers continues to grow, and our goal is to create an exciting mix of unique cars on each journey.
Bringing your own car requires providing a detailed description and, in some cases, a personal inspection to ensure it meets our standards for the terrain. While our team will service and maintain your vehicle during the event, there may be challenges in sourcing spare parts. If you prefer, we can also build and prepare a car for you on request.
When joining with your own car, the cost of operating our fleet vehicles will be deducted from your entry fee. You will, however, be responsible for your own service support and fuel expenses. Any spare parts required during the trip will be invoiced separately at cost.
With over 15 years of experience in organising driving expeditions, we are excited to see more enthusiasts taking their cars beyond the traditional roads and into the world of true adventure. For further details, please contact us directly.
