The KALMARGroup is expanding and is seeking the right person to oversee and manage finances. The group consists of three financial units with approximately 20 employees at present. The appointed CFO will head the three units and handle all financial-related tasks, including annual financial reporting.
We are an international team selling high-end automotive products in the form of car conversions and experiences to a diverse, international customer base. Our facility is located in Pärnu, Estonia, where you will be required to work alongside our existing team. We are hardworking and focused on delivering excellence, working responsibly and flexibly to ensure this. You must be ready to further your growth.
A background in accounting, a broader overview and understanding of legal matters is required. Fluency (oral and written) in English is essential.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping/reporting
- Cash flow management
- Invoicing
- Salary management
- Legal liaison with company lawyers
- Communication with local authorities
- Cost price calculation
- Supplier agreement management
- Structural development
You will join an agile environment where the path from idea to execution is short. You will report directly to company management.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and expertise.
